Step 2 - Promoting your success
We want to help celebrate and raise awareness of your supported project; our Media Toolkit is designed to assist you in this. Both organisation logos, website addresses and links should be included on any materials relating to the activity, all to be used in line with our brand guidelines.

Step 3 - Claiming your awarded funding
Complete the New Supplier Form, ready a Company Letterhead and return together with a copy of your signed Funding Agreement. If submitted as ‘Individual’, Part B must be completed as well. Please bear in mind we may require additional documentation such as recent bank statement for verification checks.
Once all documentation has been completed and received a Purchase Order (PO) will be raised by our finance team and forwarded. The PO number is to be quoted on your submitted Invoice, which are paid 30 days after receipt in accordance with IET’s payment policy.
Step 4 - Reporting your success
Quickly completing your required Outcome Report at the conclusion of your project, is straightforward with our Reporting Guidance and Evaluation Tool and submitted by once again using our Online Platform.
The date of when your Report is required can be found on your Funding Agreement, including details if you are required to submit an Interim Report.
