Ancient Greece resources

From water mills to alarm clocks, there are a variety of achievements from ancient Greece that have impacted our modern world. Our resources are inspired by these achievements and help 4-11 year olds discover the culture and civilisation of the ancient Greeks.

These ancient Greece activities for KS1 and KS2 are mapped to the curricula with lesson plans and presentations alongside printables, to have everything you need to hand. Whether students are working with scale to produce drawings, applying Pythagoras Theorem, or measuring time using water, there will be tons of Eureka moments!

By creating an odometer to measure distances and making a water mill that produces electricity, students can apply history to the present and unleash their inner engineer.
