Easter resources for secondary

Have you ever wanted to fire chocolate from a catapult, drop an egg from a great height or transport an egg in a self-built racer? Well now you can and it would all be in the name of science!

These resources can be used to engage your students this Easter with all activities available to do both at home or at school.

Do share your images and results with us to help inspire others @IETEducation.

Please note, these resources and experiments have been specifically designed to be carried out with adult supervision or direction as appropriate, and it is recommended that the instructions are followed in a safe manner. All resources and experiments are carried out at your own risk.

We’re upgrading our systems, and this includes changes to our customer and member account log in, MyIET. It’s part of our big picture plan to deliver a great experience for you and our wider engineering community.

Whilst most of our websites remain available for browsing, it will not be possible to log in to purchase products or access services from Thursday, 17 April to Wednesday, 30 April 2025.
